ETC MEETING MINUTES
Sunday, April 5, 2009, 2:00 p.m.
- Called meeting to order
- Welcome and Introductions
- Handed out signup sheets to record players and their sizes
- Minutes were read from prior meetings (3/8/09) and accepted
- Presented board members running in board election and asked all to make sure they had cast their vote. Only Darin Riggs was present
- Top line financial report given by Cathy Miller
- Discussed By-Laws and review committees. Handed out sign up sheets for committees
- Coach Scott talked about camps coming up this summer
- Discussed new logos
- Votes from the board election were tallied and Rob announced that Darin Riggs and Corky Underwood were elected to the Board of Directors
- Meeting was adjourned
